Let me share with you my own experience with one of Saaf's best seller - Organic Foot Softening Balm. My son's finger was badly infected which resulted inlosing half his finger nail, first layer of the skin gone and his top layer of finger flesh was exposed. The infection (due to the exposed flesh) caused wounds to develop and he couldn’t bend his fingers and would scream when in contact with water. I went to the doctor to get it treated for about 5months but it just got worse. All I got was a cream (which contained steroid I was told). The photos on the right shows my son's badly infected finger before I applied the balm

Subhanallah! Teruk tu kak Fe! My toes ni macam ada lapisan keras kat certain jari..kena selalu scrub dengan pumice stone, kalau tak dia jadi macam ada satu lapisan layer and gelap pulak warnanya! KAlau kita koyak macam tu sometimes berdarah dan luka (quite deep cut) - pedih!
Yes his finger was bad and it lasted a few months before I decided to apply the foot balm..
